radios not working under account overview

I have 4 radios running at the same time, when I loaded them up before it stated 4 radios in my account overview but now when I load the radios it states 0 and my earnings have dropped down to nothing per 15 minutes. Myself and my roommate both use this website and although I don’t see this being a problem as he is one of my referrals. His radio which was not working before is working and now mine isent. Yet mine before was working great. Anyway you guys can fix this? I love your site and think its great thank you 😊 my username for my account is Onesoul .

Hi,

do you and your roommate use the same network (ip address)? If yes, only one of your account can earn.
Or your roommate use radio 1+2 and you 3+4. Only 1 IP per radio is currently possible.

alright thank you very much we will try and 2 radios a piece between me and my roommate. were both are on the same Verizon internet even though we each use separate computers. Thank you very much for the clarification.
